Policy & F.A.Q.
General Liability – As the renter of camera and lens equipment, you are responsible for any potential damages that may incur. You as the renter agree to maintain and care for the equipment. The renter agrees to a full inspection of the equipment before renting the equipment.
Packing List – All rentals are sent out with an itemized packing list. This means that everything that has been rented to you has been logged and recorded. You as the renter are responsible for maintaining and returning all itemized parts on the provided packing list.
Agreement to Working Equipment – The renter agrees that the equipment has been sent out in working condition and Red Letter Creative is not liable for any loss of production or finances due to equipment malfunction. Any malfunctions or damages must be noted ahead of time to Red Letter Creative at the time of prep or delivery.

When is payment due? – All payment is due upon release of the equipment. We cannot release equipment until full payment has been received.
What forms of payment are accepted? – Cash, Checks, and Credit Cards are currently accepted at this time. Credit card charges will have an additional 3.5% fee attached.
Who should I make the check out to? – Red Letter Creative, LLC
Do you take PayPal or Venmo? – At this time we cannot accept PayPal or Venmo as forms of payment.
Certificate of Insurance (COI) Required – Before any equipment is released, we must receive a COI. Coverage varies between rentals, so the required coverage amount will vary. Please inquire for specific details.
Pickup / Return – We will always try our best to accommodate early pickup and / or late drop-off. If scheduling permits and it is noted ahead of time, an early pickup or late drop-off will be considered. As for normal rentals, pickup time is 2PM the day before and drop-off time is before 10AM the day after the rental ends.
Signature of Rental Agreement – Upon picking up the equipment, a signature and photocopy of the renter's ID will be required. The signature will need to be the same signature as the insurance certificate holder.

What if there are items that I need not currently listed on your website? – If there's something you don't see, please inquire. We have numerous relationships with other rental houses and can easily and happily source extra equipment for you. Even the rare items.
Do you have backup equipment in case there is an emergency? – Yes.
Do you have a technician who can answer possible questions? – Yes.
